AIRM Lease Tradeout supplies the economics for Boxscore deals. Gross Rent is the primary trade-out basis so the headline increase is not distorted by concessions; AIRM Effective/NER remains visible as supporting detail. Negative trade-outs remain visible.

Saved weeks free fill missing or zero concessions when AIRM shows no rent reduction. Default amounts are labeled estimates. Actual AIRM concessions and manual overrides take priority. Gross rent remains the headline trade-out basis. Estimates use 52 weeks per year and spread the credit across the lease term.

These files are built from the clean parsed data already in REN. Anything still needed is called out as outstanding.

Weekly Update and Stacking Matrix are generated automatically. Boxscore is a clean parsed copy from the existing Report Library. Concessions is optional, but when uploaded it is included as a dedicated sanitized workbook and drives the published concession overview. Market Survey is reviewed when available; if it is missing, the report and exports remain available with a yellow notice. Its original workbook is preserved byte-for-byte in the package while the dashboard parses it separately. The live Renewal Tracker is included automatically when available.

Email attachments

The numbered weekly Excel files are generated automatically when you preview, schedule, or download the Outlook draft. Add any extra PDFs, images or supporting files here.
